About Tour de Môn

Discover the spectacular coastline, rolling countryside and quiet country roads of Anglesey at Tour de Môn, one of Wales' most memorable cycling events.

Each summer, over 1,000 cyclists take to the roads of Ynys Môn for an unforgettable adventure around one of the UK's most beautiful islands. With breathtaking coastal scenery, picturesque villages and warm Welsh encouragement from local communities along the way, Tour de Môn has become a firm favourite in the cycling calendar.

One of the event's most unique highlights is the legendary Flying Mile at RAF Valley, where riders have the extraordinary opportunity to cycle along the RAF runway on an exclusive timed section. It's your chance to put the power down, race against the clock and discover just how fast you can go!

With four distances to choose from, including the family-friendly 3.5-mile Teulu, the 46-mile Bach, 77-mile Canol and the epic 106-mile Mawr, there's a challenge for everyone. Whether you're an experienced club cyclist, tackling your first sportive or enjoying a family cycling adventure, Tour de Môn welcomes riders of all abilities.

The atmosphere continues off the bike, with a lively event village overlooking Holyhead Marina and the Irish Sea. With food, drink and entertainment, there's plenty for friends, families and supporters to enjoy while waiting to cheer their riders across the finish line.

And with beautiful beaches, charming coastal towns and incredible landscapes to discover, why not make a weekend of it?
