St Mellons Golf Club

It is unique in that it straddles two counties – Gwent and South Glamorgan. The course is very well laid out and provides one of the best tests of golf in South Wales and minutes from the 2010 Ryder Cup course.

The course provides the visitors with a pleasant walk and the occasional view of the Bristol Channel from the 1st tee to 18th green. The 19th beckons you and “The Eagle Bar” awaits.

“The Eagle Bar” has a friendly atmosphere where you can relax with a hot delicious meal and a drink. Alternatively the terrace may be your choice to enjoy that afternoon drink whilst watching golfers tee off the first tee.

The “Eagle’s Nest Restaurant” is situated above the bar looking down with a view of the putting practice area and first tee. You can enjoy your society meal, that business meeting, lunch or dinner. It is ideally suitable for the party of up to 70.
